Desciption :
The easy-slide rotor support is an optional addition designed for all sizes of de-mountable convey and drop-through rotary valves used in hygienic and sanitary environments. This accessory provides a secure platform for the rotor and non-drive end-plate when they are taken out of the valve bore, ensuring their alignment for easy and precise reassembly.
Features:
The described invention entails a pull rod quick-release cleaning type discharge valve with the following features:
The valve consists of a housing with a material inlet at the top and a discharge port at the bottom. Openings are present on the left and right sides, with end covers 1 and 2 fixedly connected to these sides. The end covers are linked to the rotating shaft via bearings.
A limit ring is firmly attached to the side of the rotating shaft and the end of the blade, with a material baffle connected on the outer side of the limit ring.
The baffle plate has several protruding ribs on the end facing the interior of the shell, arranged in a circular array, while the opposite end features a smooth surface.
The setup includes a motor connected to a reducer, which in turn drives one end of the rotating shaft.
Connecting flanges are fixedly attached to the top of the feed port and the bottom of the discharge port, each equipped with connecting holes.
An air-tight structure secures the connection between the rotating shaft and end cover 1, as well as between the rotating shaft and end cover 2.
An oil-water separator is integrated into the air circuit of the air-tight structure.
Protruding frames are present on the outer surfaces of end covers 1 and 2, with bearings connected to the inner sides of these frames.
Advantages:
In contrast to existing designs, this pull rod quick-release cleaning type discharge valve features end covers 1 and 2 connected to the shell via screws on both sides. The impeller structure is then linked to these end covers through bearings. During disassembly, one end cover can be fully removed, allowing for swift shell removal and easy cleaning of the impeller structure, enhancing user convenience.
Unlike conventional models, this pull rod quick-release cleaning type discharge valve incorporates a baffle plate structure. This design prevents direct material contact with the shell's side walls, reduces debris entry into the connection gap between the rotating shaft and the bearing, and mitigates rotating shaft wear. Such a design extends the valve's cleaning cycle, minimizes required cleanings, and offers enhanced user convenience.

Quickly clea rotary airlock valve Working principle: When in use, connect the feed inlet 2 to the upper feeding pipe, and connect the outlet 3 to the lower feeding pipe. The material falls by its own weight and fills the gap between the blades 12. When the rotating shaft 11 rotates, it drives the blades 12 to rotate the material between them. When the opening between two adjacent blades 12 is downward, the material will fall down by gravity to achieve the purpose of conveying the material.
When the device is disassembled and cleaned, the end cover 1 is completely disassembled, and then the housing 1 is pulled outward to complete disassembly and cleaning, which is convenient to use.
